2024 has arrived! What is in store for you this new year? I hope it includes keeping up with the live shows and continuing to support your favorite podcast (The Old Man's Podcast) by downloading to listen during road trips, commutes, or bathroom breaks.
2023 was a great year for us here at the podcast. We have had a full plate! We interviewed some interesting folks, added to the list of "honorary navigators," and rounded out the year by announcing a new Wednesday navigator (Co-Host). If you don't know who that is, I encourage you to tune in next Wednesday and get acquainted.
I will continue to co-host the Monday shows throughout 2024, barring any decision by the Old Man to send me out with (or without?) a parachute, and Shelbie and I (and Grammi when she is able) will bring some more monthly Herbal Talk segments into the mix. We also continue forward with our valued Co-Pilot and producer, Eric Kirk, and our Tuesday and Thursday navigators, Amber May and Russ Brown. This crew has helped to develop The Old Man's Podcast into a robust, award winning show (NOT A SHOW: A Podcast!). May we continue to delight you in the coming months.

3. Eat more whole foods, fewer packaged
4. Look up, Look out, Look within
5. Find an independent creator to support and pledge a subscription for the 2024 full year (Patreon, Substack, Podbean, etc...)
Do what you love, even if it is after work, before work, between work hours. Find a way to make your work doing what you love. Grow and stretch yourself. Forgive others for past hurts. Forgive yourself.
Don't ever give up. The future is brighter than your darkest moments. We believe in you.
